Elias brings over 10 years of experience in career coaching and recruitment. He's passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and succeed in their job search. He holds a certification in Career Coaching and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Anya Petrova

Behavioral Interview Specialist

Anya specializes in behavioral interview techniques and helps students craft compelling stories that showcase their skills and experience. With a background in psychology and human behavior, she understands the nuances of effective communication and helps candidates present themselves in the best possible light. She earned her PhD in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.

Kenji Tanaka

Technical Interview Expert

Kenji is our technical interview expert, providing guidance and support to candidates preparing for technical roles in various industries. With a strong background in computer science and software engineering, he helps students master coding challenges, system design questions, and other technical concepts. Kenji worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Texas Instruments before joining Ace Your Interview.
